Update, questions, and concerns.
The last post that I made was about 2 weeks ago, on the ways I should get off of opiates. I asked you guys what the best option would be, and here is what I remember. You guys suggested: 1) Wean myself slowly off of the opiates 2) Cold turkey 3)Suboxone, and/or 4)Use other drugs to replace your opiate high (being on other drugs is a whole lot better than being on opiates).
Cold turkey was immediately eliminated, no offense, but that's just not my personality. I tried to wean myself off of the opiates (which I thought was the best idea), but it just got too expensive and my dealer didn't believe in time. I found myself waiting for her for more than an hour, when she said ten fucking minutes. Therefore, that was also eliminated. So I was left with options 3 and 4. I wanted to see what the suboxone was like, and if I trusted it. I'm still also using pot, valium, a little bit of alcohol, and I'd love to get my hands on MANY xanax.
Anyway, my mom and I found a pain management doctor in my area that gives some free visits. Super awesome, cuz the shit's expensive. Even though my mother pays half, it's still more expensive than weaning off. But again, I was tired of the dealer's shit, and plus, this really seemed like a guarantee to be on the path to really stopping! So he perscribed me Subutex, 2mg. As some of you know, it's just Suboxone without the HCI/naloxone HCI dihydrate. It's basically just buprenorphine by itself. He told me that that this is a starter, so I won't get instantly sick when I do start the Suboxone. That right there was the first scare.
I'm on my last day of the Subutex, and then tomorrow I start the Suboxone. Now I have a story for you that I'm going to remember for the rest of my life, because of how uncomfortable, long and agonizing this feeling was at about 4:30am this morning. I had taken 2 ex-lax the night before to try to get my bowels going, because as we all know, opiates make it difficult to pee, poop, orgasm, etc. You know that feeling you get sometimes before you take a really big poop, and your whole body is sweating and your ass cheeks are sliding across the toilet seat? While this is happening, your wondering if you caught a bug, or what the hell did I eat to make me feel like this? Yes, I'm sure you all have. But as soon as the shit is taken, the feeling goes away, and you wipe the sweat off of your brow. Not in this case my friend. Like I said, I woke up at 4:30am with that feeling. I was like 'oh wow', and went into the bathroom. I tried to poop, but I couldn't! The feeling got worse and worse right above my colon, and then the feeling started to spread up to my ab area. Each second, it cramped and cramped more, and I still didn't poop! I was like "Okay, I'm just having a little trouble because of the pills, but it'll come out! I took ex-lax for christ's sake!" Then the sweat thing started to happen, and the feeling swarmed throughout my whole body. I sat there, unable to shit, feeling like I was gonna die. My skin was pale and wet, my eyes had bags under them, my lips turned blue. It felt like a plague was taking over me, and torturing me slowly as it was killing me. I felt another sensation start...nausea. I quickly grabbed the trash can and puked a tiny bit. The feeling kind of went away, and I felt exhausted. I went to lay down for a few minutes on my stomach. I woke my boyfriend up and let him know what was going on, but he didn't have to get up. I started to feel better, but as soon as I started to doze off, I felt the wash over of pain and discomfort again. "This has to be it" I thought. I went in there, and the feeling was twice as worse as before. To make a very long and painful story short, I sat there like that for 1.5-2 hours. I puked three more times into the trash can (3 FULL times), and even after it was gone, I still dry heaved. I still didn't fucking poop though! Fortunately, shortly after I had no more to vomit, I pooped A LOT into the toilet. I had to clean the trash can three times. I got into the shower, and I instantly felt better. I just sat down on the floor, and let myself relax. I almost fell asleep, but I woke up and just threw a towel around me and went to bed. I told myself that I wasn't going to take the Subutex OR even start on the Suboxone (i still did though, i don't want to risk hurting myself even more by just stopping). The bottom line is, I never EVER throw up, let alone go through THAT agony. I've never felt that pain, queasiness, or just a total surrender to death in my whole life. Not even my worst withdrawals were close - not even in the same realm of what I went through this morning. I blame the Subutex.
But,
I did take the ex-lax the night before. I just wanted to go to the bathroom, because it's difficult with these pills. I guess it had a bad reaction. Also, I had a beer last night. I know you aren't supposed to drink on these, but I had one beer and that was it. I also did LOTS of exercise yesterday, especially ab exercises. Do you think maybe it was combination of the subutex, ex-lax, beer and really sore abs that contributed to the hell I was brought into this morning? OR does this kind of thing just HAPPEN when taking these pills?
I'm really thinking of going with the option that I eliminated first, and saying fuck this. Nothing natural does that to your body. It felt like I was poisoned, and I felt that I really needed to go to the hospital. Is there anything else that I should be aware of that I should/shouldn't do on buprenorphine, so this never EVER happens to me again?

Re: Update, questions, and concerns.
i combo'd opiates and exlax for a while (i have chronic constipation even W/O opiates) and i was fine... ive been doing depressants (kpins) and exlax for like a week now and ive been straight (except i shit a lot sporadically but w/e its better than shitting a nasty painful bloody brick once a week)
i dont know WHAT the fuck happened to you, but a little alcohol + opiates + stimulant laxatives shouldn't rain this kind of hell upon you, i mean the only feeling ex-lax gives you is the "i have to go NOW! my stomach fuckin hurts" feeling for like 10 seconds every once in a while...
if you din't take the time to read it then here's my opinion, it ain't the drugs (or at least the ones you listed)
my only guess is that you were megaconstipated and you didn't take enough ex-lax (?)... sorry for the lack of help
