Don't listen to these fools, of course it will work.

I've tried it before, a 38kb file named ccgen.exe, it worked.

It generated authentic Visa and Mastercard numbers, I bought some porn with it.

Just be sure to run as Admin and disable anti-virus and spyware apps. That's what I had to do.

Spider_, I was being sarcastic, they will never work. They basically just generate a 12 digit random number.
