I took 3 5mg immediate release oxynorm oxycodone capsules at the same time. Than 15 minutes later i took another, I felt slightly warm and dizzy. It was not very pleasant, I do not know why. I think it is becuase i didn't take enough.

Next time im just going to pop 5 at the same time.

did you eat first? what do you mean you "didnt feel good"? like nauseous or what?

It was on an empty stomach. All i felt was dizzy/tired and letargic. Hardly any positive feelings at all.

If you take more you will probably just feel sicker. It often takes a few times before you stop feeling nauseous.

what exactly are you expecting the high to be? opiates are generally going to be a slower high (your tiredness issue). also, id definitly eat somthing first. a sandwhich or somthing, dosnt have to be a lot

Agreed..at least the first half. What is your Ope tolerance OP? If you're new to the drug nausea is to be expected..and as far as making you tired, it really depends on the person but it's generally possible to get a little sedated.

I get a kind of energy from opiates..basically because I feel great and don't mind doing things I would normally hate to do. Once I cross over into the Nods however that's a different story :).

thats what i was trying to say pretty much. i also feel the extra energy, to a point. just depends on how much im doing.

Well then, until your tolerance has built up a bit you may want to eat a little something before dosing..nothing big just maybe a sandwich or something. Also, make sure the pills are chewed or (if you don't like the taste) parachuted to get the desired effect faster. I'd recommend just chewing them..bite it a couple of times with your front teeth and let it fall underneath your tongue behind your bottom front teeth, you wont taste it and it'll be easily washed down with something to drink .

Throw in some Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and some grapefruit juice and you should be good to go.

Ahhh your first opiate experience. Sounds like you were not impressed. I'd definately take more if you feel like your nausea wont overcome you. But its ok if it does because puking feels great on opiates. Just don't take a very large increase maybe 10-15 mgs.

It is possible you just have a natural tolerance. I know i did because my mom does tons of heroin. But if increasing the amount does not work, you might want to look for something stronger even though that is fairly strong itself.
