Question for older people (30-ish+)
I notice that with my generation most girls find it "creepy" or "weird" when a guy just asks them out or expresses interest in a straightforward manner. I'm obviously not talking about a nightlife setting, but rather normal, every-day settings. School, college campuses, etc.
Is this how it's always been, or have things changed a lot?

Re: Question for older people (30-ish+)
All women do want to be(or at least don't mind) approached by attractive men, at almost all times. Naturally, the operative word there is 'attractive'.

1) You don't know what "all women want."
2) While I'd agree that fundamentally, a woman is almost always looking for "Mr. Right", that doesn't mean they don't find it strange or uncomfortable when a guy directly expresses interest. Just look around youtube at videos of good-looking pick-up artists and all of the bullshit they have to go through. My point is: You don't really see that many guys these days going up to a girl, introducing themselves, and asking her if she wants to go get coffee. When it does happen, you can usually hear girls telling their friends about how "some weird guy" (regardless of his looks/charm) asked them out. Sometimes (probably more often) it happens even when the "date" element is gone. I remember a handful of girls saying that they thought it was somehow inappropriate for a guy to just talk to them out of the blue.

Search yourself.
Here, I'll tell you what you'll learn.
It happened a while ago but some people didn't like it and it still happens sometimes and some people don't like it.
It's really fucking obvious, that's how all there threads end. You need to stop makings threads just for the sake of it.

I made it for the sake of finding an answer, you pasty dumbass. Unless you use the search feature everytime you make a thread (although it's fairly useless when dealing a topic like this), shut the fuck up. In fact, fuck it: Welcome to the ignore list.

Re: Question for older people (30-ish+)
Lots of women have poor attitudes when it comes to meeting new people. It isn't that they don't want to talk to you, it's that they don't want to talk to anybody.
However, I've never noticed this poor attitude; outside of hearing about it.
