I know that I am supposed to take tagamet 45 minutes before hand, but I took 37.5mg of vicoden and 400mg of tagamet at the same time (I know its supposed to be 600-800, but it was all I had)


Even though I do not have any physical tolerance to opiates, I do not really like vicoden unless it is in high doses (50+mg)
so I really wish to get the best out of it via inhibitors.


I'm pretty sure we are all supposed to take inhibitors before taking opiates, but I feel like there could be something we can take after consumption of them.

Suggestions?


Also, I have about 4mg of xanax with me. I am already on 35.7mg of vicoden w/o much tolerance, how many mg of xanax could I take to some what function normally as I have to do community service at a church where my mom and all of her friends will be.

Xanax, opiates and functional dont belong in the same sentence, I would hold off on the benzos if your going to church later.
