my friend is going to a pain managment clinic...the first time she went, they took a urine sample, and found cocaine in her urine...after alot of tears, and rule bending, the dr agreed to see her again.
Now, 2 weeks later, she has another appointment with the clinic, and hes certainly going to make her drop again, and shes going to drop dirty again..
The question at hand is, If she had clean urine, could she do a CWE on lortabs and put some of the extracted meds, in liquid form, in the urine, so that the meds she should be on will show up?
I dont think it will work, and i told her so, but i couldnt give her a good reason why, so I figured I would leave the answer to you all...

The whole point of a CWE is to remove the acetametaphen from opiates with combos of hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc.. Idk how removing any of these meds and putting them in her urine would help her?

BTW dude, hydrocodone will not come up positive as an opiate in a standard NIDA-5 drug test. The test tests for morphine, which hydrocodone does not break down into.

ok, the reason for not bringing clean urine, is that hes expecting to see the lortabs, but i was unaware that it didnt show up in a urine test, so you kind of answered my question.

The reason I asked, is that I was thinking that he'd be expecting to see the hydocodone in the urine, while he was looking for cocaine, and that was the reason for putting the extracted lortab in the urine.
I apologize if this seems like a dumb question, but Im having a little trouble explaining the reasons why, as its not me with this problem, its my roomate..

No, pouring CWE'd hydrocodone into piss will not make it look legit... even if it did show up on her test it would be massively in excess.

Seeing as the doctor is apparently looking for hydrocodone, the test will probably detect it, unless the doctor is a complete fucking degenerate.

the thing is, hes looking for cocaine, or other illegal substances...hydrocodone is supposed to be in her urine. Her bringing clean urine in, without lortabs showing up, was the concern..but seeing as hydro dosent break down into morphine, which shows up in the NIDA-5 test, I doubt theyll do an extended search, just to see if her required meds are in her system.

they don't look for drugs in specific, the look for the enzymes that break them down. or something along those lines. the plan won't work, it'll just waste good v

yea, i got that from the other posts, and thats what i initially told her, but she wanted a few other opinions.

The doctor totally could and probably will make sure that she is taking her meds and complying with the treatment regimen and not selling her pills and thus probably will test her for opiates as well as illegal drugs. Just tell your friend to take a couple hydros (or however many a day she is supposed to take) the day before she has to go in and maybe like one more hydro the day she goes in, that way it will show up on the test.

And yeah like someone said before they dont look for hydro itself in the urine but rather the drug that hydro turns into in the liver/kidneys through enzymes.

Are you honestly too high to just think of TAKING your meds before the test?

#1, seriously, its not me.
#2, she has to bring clean piss, not diluted with cocaine.
#3, It just so happens that the clean urine she is able to get, isnt piss with hydrocodone in it.

With any drug, even oxy or meth or some shit (At least to my knowledge) it will not shop up in your urine if you dump it in it's Hydrochloric (HCL) or Methylated or basically ready to shoot, snort or swallow state. Your body breaks it down into metabolites that the drug tests are designed to pick up. For instance, Codeine when taken, metabolizes into Morphine (And maybe Thebaine) and some others too, those then turn into metabolites stored into your body that eventually get eliminated through urine or taking a dump. Basically this happens after the liver's first and second pass and crossing over the BBB (Blood Brain Barrier) so it has to be literally taken by someone with working organs and blood in order to show up in their piss.

End of story. Sorry... but I do have a solution for her that is guaranteed to WORK 100%...

TELL THAT STUPID BITCH TO STOP DOING COKE (Or at least stop doing it 4-5 days [6-8 days if she uses the shit every day and has been on a binge for at least a few weeks or months or even years it could take longer] before her appointment/drug test)... PROBLEM SOLVED!
