I drank like a decilitre of Coccillana Etyfin (swedish cough medicine) in which the active ingredient is EthylMorphine, a close relative to codeine.

And Im not a fan.
Its like being drunk but more warm and fuzzy.
Slightly euphoric and nice feelings in the extremities at time, but mostly just boring.

Then I took some more cuz I thought maybe I need MOAR to reach 'feelgoodashell' levels opiates apparently produce.
But Im just cloudyheaded and nauseuos. Sure, I might feel a bit nice and tingly but like, so what?
Next time Im just having a drink and a joint, opiates are boring as hell.

Don't base your opinion of opiates on some shitty cough medicine. Get some real shit, and tell me then. They aren't for everyone (I quit doing them), but they can be fucking great when done right.

sorry man, ethylmorphine is not an opiate i'm familiar with, not knowing the other active ingredients though, i'm willing to bet the fact that its a cough syrup is whats kicking your ass, not the opiate involved...


but you say relative to codiene [and the fact its oral morphine] would mean you'd get more body high long before euphoria set in. not all opiates are uber euphoric..
