I haven't smoked anything for weeks. I have done a few dozen whippets in a trashbag and found that I keep blowing out white smoke. I am in an apartment that is 68-70 degrees. There is no reason for white smoke. I even let the gas sit in the trash bag for over 5 minutes. I still blow out some type of white smoke.

The white smoke, I believe, is from the gas expanding and becoming REALLY cold and condensing into a liquid since it's so cold... if that makes sense to you.

No, it's due the fact that your introducing a cold gas to an entirely warm environment, think of it kind of the opposite of you breathing and seeing your breath on a cold day, your breathing out very cold gas in a warm environment, making it appear as if he's blowing out smoke, but its just because of that

and no I never saw any white smoke while doing whippets, maybe it was cause i was in the dark or on acid when i did the majority of them.
