So I turned 18 aug. 9th. on aug. 10th at 12:30am, I was walkin out front of my house when two cops ran up on me with their guns screaming get on the fucking ground, I turned and ran, They chased after me for a while until I seen the one cop pull out his taser so I gave up. So Basically, they are trying to say that I robbed some guy. They take me to central booking, and from there to YC prison,

My Charges: Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Simple Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Simple Assault, Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property.
My Bail: $60,000

I sat in jail for 2 1/2 days, until someone bailed me out, Well I got bailed out at 9pm, I came home fucked my girl, she went back to her house, and I went to sleep. I woke up to my little sister running in my room talking bout the police are here and their searching the house. Before I could even process the thought all these cops came running in my room, with a search warrant for a gun. They start looking around flipping my furniture and shit, They found my scale and some empty baggies, they took me into custody, once again.

My Charges: Possession With Intent To Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
My Bail: $25,000 Unsecured, Which means I got to go home, but if I get into anymore trouble before my hearings I go back to jail, and I owe the city $25000.


So Fellow people of totse, What do you think I will get out of this? I didn't rob nobody, but they guy supposedly picked me out of a lineup, It's his word against mine, and The Possession with intent, should only be a simple paraphernalia charge,
