Tell your doctor, she's the one that prescribed you the medical speed in the first place.

well concerta does change adrenalin and dopamine levels. the effects of adrenalin are various, the good stuff like euphoria, focus, alertness, but it also has the nasty stuff such as nervousness, dry mouth, increased blood pressure and heart rate, loss of appetite, nausea, insomnia, respiration, etc.
