How do you divide your work out routine?
Monday - Chest and Triceps, Tuesday -Back and biceps, Wednesday - Shoulders, Thursday - Legs and then 3 days off. This is the best way I could think to divide it up. How do you divide yours? Anything that's worked great for you?

I wouldn't work chest/tri's on the same day, along with back and bi's. Everything else looks pretty good, just make sure you keep shoulders the fuck away from your chest day.
Good job.

Re: How do you divide your work out routine?
Monday - Biceps/triceps
Tuesday - Shoulders/traps
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Abs
Friday - Chest
Weekend off, not doing much leg exercise yet but I'll probably alter it a bit to get some in sometime soon.

I figure it's the same motion, and you work them indirectly anyway, so might as well get chest and tris, back and bis over in the same day.

Re: How do you divide your work out routine?
In every strength training session I have a squatting movement, a pressing movement, a pull from the floor, and accessory work.
I don't train muscles, I train movements.

I'm guessing, well never mind.
What are your goals, and why are you training movements?

Re: How do you divide your work out routine?
You can do 2xupper and 2xlower.
I don't see anything wrong with chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders, legs but put the rest days in between not for 3 days straight.
I'm not a big fan of full body workout unless you are doing olympic lifting.
