I popped 20 mg of hydrocodone not to long ago, (I know, vics suck, but i have practically eliminated my tolerance and took it with some Tagamine[sp]) and went to 7-11 to get some beverage. Some guy comes running up to me on my way out and asks for some cash because his car just broke down and needed a few bucks for a gas can...So i gave him my last two dollars and he was like "Fuck yea man, you're a lifesaver!"

IDK, but something about that made my high that much better. It was before they fully kicked in, and I was already feeling really good.

Has anyone else boosted their high by doing something nice like this?
