I believe this may be the wrong thread..
but here in NC you need a license to run any business.
or you could always just sell them to your friends and through word of mouth, then as long as you don't make any great amount of money you're not gonna be hassled.

If you're actually in New Hampshire, there was a big case a while back in the Supreme Court about that shit.

I wouldn't risk selling pipes and shit like that in NH.
