Basically, I smoked a blunt and started cracking whippet after whippet. In my fluster to keep getting higher, I stopped using my washcloth and now the middle of my left hand is frostbitten. It was done with my aluminum cracker and couldn't feel anything at the time, so I just kept going. It's been a little over a day since it happened, but it is still quite painful.

Anyone have any experience with this? or maybe just some tips to treat this?

Yeah, I know how use google too. This is in the center of my hand which is not in a common place for this. I'm not really sure on how to adapt something that is most commonly used for fingers, toes, noses, and ears to deeper tissue. I have no idea if deeper tissue would be easier to freeze if put in concentrated cold or if it would be more resilient. Since I was smoking cigarettes, this could also increase the frostbite but I'm unsure of if this pertains to my situation.

Basically, I really can't use much info on the web about frostbite because very little of it would pertain to my situation. I wasn't in extremely cold temperatures for extended periods of time. I only subjected a part of my hand to subzero temperatures on and off for about 20 minutes.

Well, to stop the frostbite again you can heat up the gas bottle & cracker with hot water.
Just put it in a cup & pour hot (not boiling) water over them & wait till it nice & hot.
Helps you get ALL the gas out in one whoosh.
