I just turned 21 two weeks ago and me and my friend were drunk and on valium and i decided i wanted to burn my arm.
So i got my friend to put his cigarette out on it first.

Then after that i made one of those gay lighter smiley burns then we got the bright idea to "try" to brand the face of Abraham Lincoln on my arm so we heated up a penny till it was pretty fucking hot then pressed it down on my arm with a cloth for about 5 seconds.

It swelled up pretty bad and turned white so i put ice on it and shit but now it looks really nasty and is dripping all the time.

The question is if i go to the doctor is he going to think im psychotic since i have all these burns on my arm? will he not give me any good shit?

If it appears (which i'm sure your does) to be self inflicted then you won't get anything for it...unless it's something urgent like stabbing yourself or shooting yourself of course.

Would i get put in a mental hospital or something do you think?

I went to the hospital once after getting wasted on everclear and having a contest with a friend to see who could make the deepest slashes/cuts on the top of our forearms. I told them what happened (it was like two days later) and I was stitched up and let go.

I doubt they'd put you through any kind of mental health observation shit; as was already said, just tell them you were being an idiot and didn't think you'd actually do so much damage. Including the part about being drunk is optional, depending on whether or not you're in the mood for a fine lecture about the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption.

There's no way in hell you'll get jack shit for pain killers, though. Not recreational ones, at least. You know how many junkies have done similar shit (and worse) to their bodies intentionally with the purpose of running to the doc for a script of opiates? Do get it checked out though, it might be infected and they'll at least get you some antibiotics for it to clear it up.

Well i got them for medical reasons even though the doctors have not diagnosed me. I did a self exam and have anxiety disorders. I just got a little carried away having so many and it being my birthday.

You will not get SHIT. Maybe some Tylenol 3's if your lucky. They will just disinfect it and pull the infected flesh off and then cover it up and then put you on anti biotics.

If you haven't gone to the doctor yet, you definitely should as burns are some of easiest things to get infections from, so you should be on antibiotics for infections and silvadene to help the burn heal faster.
