I've lost two shirt sizes, 5 pants sizes, but I still have man boobs. Annoying. How can I get rid of my bitch tits?

Are you doing any chest exercises? You should see some difference if you have been doing them, just depends on how bad they are for you. It could take a lot more effort yet. How long you been working at it:?

well you could always starve yourself for a few weeks and get down to a foundation of skin and bones and then build from there. i mean yeah, you're supposed to exercise the chest but i can't see how my idea would fail provided you were determined enough to completely get rid of your man boobs. you have to get so skinny that eventually they must fucking disappear, eh?

Man boobs (assuming the OP has gynecomastia, which he doesn't specify) are a combination of breast tissue and fat. I'd google up a diagram for you, but hopefully that's logic.

In the vast majority of cases of gynecomastia, there isn't much breast tissue; a good 90% of people don't progress past puffy nipples. It takes severely fucked up hormones to actually create full on boobs.

I'd bet money on the op just being a fatass/ having loose skin.
