I'm flying out of a small regional airport next week, and I've been trying to think of a good, solid, not-likely-to-get-me-busted way of bringing a gram of really, REALLY excellent hash with me. Google has given me two results:

1) don't do it
2) put it in your butt

A gram isn't hard to hide, but I'm reluctant to hide it in my checked luggage (or even carry-on) because I also happen to be concealing a sheet of acid in my checked luggage (but that's another story). Anyway, I was thinking of just stuffing it into a teeny tiny plastic baggie, then wrapping it in a bunch of chewing gum and holding it in my mouth as I walk through security. It won't be found in a patdown, and if push comes to shove, I can always swallow it. My only worry is that having a big, soggy wad of gum in my cheek (and not actually chewing it) will draw unwanted suspicion.

I think it's important to note that in the dozen times I've been through this airport in the past 2 years, I've never seen a law enforcement dog. Or even more than one security guard, for that matter.


So, does BLTC think that my harebrained scheme will work? What's worked for the rest of you?

Ive seen dogs at the airport and they can smell through just about anything. Your risking a lot because if you get caught with weed they will search your shit and find the acid, then your fucked. Terrible idea, not worth the risk. They probably sell weed where your traveling too anyways.

^^Yes, a dog can smell pot through stuff, but if the container you are using is dense/thick/sealed enough, it could take a while for the smells to permeate...Maybe putting it into a container while in your car then in your carry-on just before you enter?

If you feel confident in not finding a search dog in your path, then I wouldn't see a problem with it at all.

You could try the candle thing. I've never done it but I know a few people who have made it through successfully..

Find a large scented candle and cut it in half. Hollow out a small bit of it (just enough to hold the hash) and toss it in. Melt the sides back so it won't fall apart and use a fine grain sandpaper to try and mask the sides.

Note: This is just a rough idea of how to do it...i'm sure you can figure it out. Make sure it's a strong smelling candle and if possible, seal the hash as tightly as possible.

Just put it in your pocket.

Do not check it, that will get caught for sure. They screen checked luggage so much more throughly than carry-on.

I really wouldn't recommend trying to board a plane with hash in your fucking pocket..that's just begging to get caught. If your leaning towards that idea i'd just forget the whole thing and just get rid of it.

OR you could mail it to your new address in a vacuum sealed bag in a large envelope or box with no return addy on the package...no more risky than carrying it on in your pocket.

do the candle thing and put just drop it in a mail bin and send it somewhere to pick it up over there. That way that package is in no way associated with yourself. Try sending it to a hotel with a fake name, and pick it up once you're over there.

just tape it under ur sac, or to the side of your leg. No problem at all. I know a few ppl who have carried an 8th this way.

Another friend also put it in a deoderant and checked it. i wouldnt advise this. But i mean it was a damn oz. He did take all the seeds out.

Edit: This was done in America in large commercial airports. Your going through a "small regional airport". Ive never been to one, but i feel like the security there is very lax compared to a major commercial airport.

You can believe me, trust me, or simply flame me, but I'll give my experience with bringing small amounts of marijuana(eighth at most) from Hawai'i through United States airports across the country.

It's simple as this:

1.) Make sure you have no metal on you
2.) Put it in your pocket

Take it or leave it, I've gotten away with it many times at many large airports.

Put it in your foreskin/vag all dog sniff crotches.

Hide it in a turban.

what ever happened to the ol' dime baggie in a shampoo bottle? Do they not allow even travel sized shampoo bottles onto check luggage? If worst comes to worst, they'll just toss the damn thing in the trash.
