These things will have them running in the opposite direction almost every time.

At the moment, it's a particular stalker. However, it would be nice to know how to discourage.

But realise it's as simple as this: You are a happy and whimsical person. That shit is infectious. You (probably) make other people feel happy and carefree for no real reason. Therefore you attract people because you make them feel good.

It's probably more acute in those people with shit self esteem or whatever, because then maybe (I realise I am speculating wildly) you're one of the *few* things that make them feel good about themselves, and so they have to depend on an outside source of happiness energy to get joy.

Everyone likes nice people that (and hears the key bit) make them feel good about themselves.

I usually just ignore them but if it's a stalker that could have the opposite effect.

The only thing I can tell you is to be bluntly honest. Most chicks respect that. If that does not sink in, well, then you have to be a bit more mean about it. That or move away, have plastic surgery, and join the wpp.

Ugh, I think you are probably the one of the most fake people on this board. Why do I get that impression?

I'm not sure, but you bring it up every so often. I've been told that my personality was fake because I was happy; I usually attribute that to depression on their part.

I don't want to act sad or angry, that would be fake and far too much effort. I appreciate the advice though, it is excellent.
