me and my friend skag got this idea to go out drivin around and shoot people in the face with a paintball gun for the lulz. lulz part 1: the paintball gun resembles a real gun at first glance, so watching them scream in terror as some masked guy driving by pulls a "gun" out on them and points it at their face is hysterical as it is. lulz part 2 is when they actually get shot and a ball of paint splatters all over their face. hopefully we can take quick before, as it's happening, and after pics for some lulz later.

is this a BAD idea or a STUPID idea? i mean, could anyone get seriously hurt from this, like break a bone or somethin? we aint trying to get fuckin sued by no cops or shit like that, we just want to do a prank.

1-cops don't sue you, they arrest you
2-wear a paintball mask if you're going to be the one shooting. A guy I know got sued by the guys he hit because they recognized him.

Don't shoot someone in the face. Shoot them anywhere else but the face. I know of people who've gone blind from a busted eye,deaf from getting hit in the ear with a paintball,etc.

Just shoot them in the chest or the back dude. Fuck,even the balls are fine,just don't fuck with the face. Those guns will fuck you up and there's a reason you wear a mask when you play paintball. If you want to avoid hurting someone seriously,ruining their life over a prank,or being sent to jail/sued if you're found out,don't shoot them in the fucking face.

It's aggravated asssult I guess, especially if you aim at their head. Charges might include possession of a weapon, which is defined as anything capable of inflicting bodily injury. A paintball gun becomes a weapon when used in illicit circumstances.

Whats the thrill if you just do it to random people? The only thing that shows is that you are a HUGE dick. Why not do it to people you don't like, or use an actual gun and just shoot blanks so it just scares them.

You'll do it a few times, probaly get away with it until somebody calls the cops(And trust me they will) and identify your car or license plate. You will get arrested, guns drawn neverless. Charged with X amounts of aggrevated assualt, possession of a deadly weapon in the comission of a crime, among numerous other felonies. You will go to jail and get sued by all the people that you did shoot, probaly bankrupting your folks. The end.
