Pineapple Juice
I found a nice big can of Pineapple Juice laying around, so I figure I could put it to good use for a party I'm having tomorrow.
What sort of deliciousness can come of this? I figure I'd just blend it up with some ice, frozen fruit and some rum and make a tasty treat, but is there anything out there that's particularily tasty?

Parrot Bay is actually coconut rum. I believe that Malibu might have a pineapple variation.
Either way, if you enjoy coconut and pineapple, that cocktail sounds like it'd be tasty.

Pineapple Juice, crushed ice, coconut rum, and a tall glass.
A blender is a good investment.
