so, i swallowed 81mg of concerta(methylphenidate) aka extended release ritalin, and im going to take 27mg more and smoke a J...is the high going to be very focused with less couch lock/munchies with a lot more paranoia? anybody else have experience with this combination?

True fail, I like smoking a little bud with adderral, it kind of takes the edge off, but the two highs dont compliment each other very well. Oh, and there will be no "munchies".

There can be munchies, the side effect of lowered appatiet with Concerta is diffrent for each person. It makes me paranoid. End.

The thread title sounds like an album title. Anyways when I used to do this exact combination back when I had a prescription to concerta I had increased paranoia on top of my already existing paranoia.

I have never gotten paranoid on stimulants or weed, shrooms and acid are a very different story, though.

ok guys so i ate all the concerta and smoked, im at the gym right now on their computer. i was lifting weights and shit. i have no paranoia, my cannabis high is just clearer and faster. the only bad part is my heart is beating like mad

i used to mix weed and ritalin and go golfing, the stim really takes away the laziness of weed that makes golfing suck.
