I've noticed, when I first smoked pot, it was AMAZING, I felt the most intense calming sweet gravity push down on me, caressing me with warmth.

I noticed about 6 months ago that i'd start getting a bit of a headache and the most intense feeling of pressure in my head that was unbearable.

That feeling went, and i had a good run of 6 months of the same awesome high, and weed just aint the same anymore. Like, i just smoked a bit of green, enough to generally give me quite the buzz... but nearly nothing. I mean, i feel a little mellow, and generally physically relaxed, but i'm not goofing like i used to. Not literally ROFLing like I used to.

It's not that it's shit weed - this guy is the most loved dealer in about a 50km radius, and my friends and I go by train for half an hour just to buy from him.

Maybe it's because I'm addicted to nicotine, and what I was feeling was a combination of nicotine's effects with THC, because I always roll with and fill my bowls with mix...

In that 6 month period I smoked pot maybe 8 times in total. Because I didn't like the effects at that point in time and only smoked when I wanted to see whether I was still getting the headaches.

To give you an idea, i'm a light smoker, I only smoke weed maybe once or twice a week.

Lay off of it for a while, and then start up again.

Your tolerance sounds unusually high for only smoking once/twice a week.

Try smoking everyday for a couple months, most of the time you can't even tell the difference.

Definitely some of the most fun experiences of my life being able to get incredibly high for a few weeks with all your pals everyday. I love it. Laughing so hard you forget why you're laughing.

I smoke nearly every day... and I still get really awesome highs, not as intense as when I first started... but definatly worthwhile experiances.

What works for me is switching up the kind of weed I smoke, and the method. If you normally smoke blunts... go for a bong or a vape. If that don't work, go hands off for a few months and see what happens.

maybe you're expecting too much. you know, you can always give it a rest, but that's what's bugging me. sounds like you have a tiny tolerance for it. could be the weed's just not potent enough? you could be smoking too little, ya know.

Tolerance break...quit smoking weed for four weeks and then get baked. It'll be like your first time. Worth it imo, especially if you don't have weed for a weed or two, I've carried it on to a four(ish) weeks and it was great.

Well, it does, but you have to grind it up first, because it will then burn better, due to higher surface area or some bs

I kind of envy the people who smoke weed regularly and can tolerate it. I hate weed because it makes me so paranoid and retarded. I can't function around anyone so god help me anyone calls my phone or needs my help for something. That,on top of the fact I am like a complete retard makes me really dislike it.

Fuck, you tripped your first time didn't you. I remember my first time, my friend brought in a joint to school we puffed, he had most of it, and I got was a nicotine rush. So it wasn't really a "first time". But yea, get your tolerance up, then rest for a while (a month or two). It'll be fucking amazing.

OFF-TOPIC: Personally when I get stoned, I become quite morbid, don't laugh or shit, just sit there watching. Although I do remember this time we (My stoner buddy and I) got stoned and his step-brother came in and sat on the bed. It made a creaking noise and we all shat ourselves laughing, for like half an hour, while he was still making it creak. Fuck typing this is making me laugh like I haven't for quite a time. Ahhhh good times.

shit in my prime of smoking weed, i'd smoke an eighth of dank or a fucking half zip of mids to get high.. and that was a substatisfactory high, i couldnt really achieve a decent high anymore. tolerance tolerance tolerance, i now experience the same hardships with opiates. my body sux.

Your walking a road that will only lead you into other drugs...your chasing a high you won't get which in turn will lead you to something harder to give you that feeling you so desire...My advice...take some acid and smoke your weed...That should give it a little kick :D
