Lets be real here POC, most junkies/iv users usually just have a hard time getting buy just buying their junk, whether they shoot up 3x a day or 7x a day. It is completley unrealistic to expect people who barely have money in the first place to test every stamp bag of dope they get. This applies to all street drugs, whether it be ecstasy, cocaine, heroin, meth, etc.. The people who run the drug game nowadays dont give a flying fuck about customers and they will cut their shit with anything to make more money. Back in the day it also happend, but as the years go by people are just getting more and more greedy with money.

The death of street drugs as we know it today will not be the result of prohibition or any law, its going to be the customer base who will eventually realize that the stuff is just getting too dangerous. And considering the pharmeceuticals that have come out in the past 20-30 years, street drugs wont hold a candle to the pharms of the future.
