Secondly, if you have any formal education, or well, common sense for that matter, you would recognize that an ounce is the general key measurement when it comes to weed. Unless however you deal in pounds, but the ounce makes up the pound so.. back to where we started.

An "Eighth" is exactly that, 1/8 of an ounce.
Two-eighths or 2/8's, or broken down to 1/4 is what? That's right, a "Quarter".
Now guess what two-quaters is... ???? A half ounce..
and two half ounces is a full fledge ounce... And this is the end of introduction to Weed 101.
