Hi im interested in trying some salvia and live in the states right now (massachusetts) anywho is salvia legal to buy off the internet it isn't listed in erowids list

Would internet sites mail to MA and how much longer will salvia remain legal. Will i get into trouble if i order some? thanks in advance not trolling.

You're fine to buy it. If it ever becomes illegal its not going to happen overnight.

Salvia is considered illegal in NY, but around half of online enthobotanical shops will still ship it here. As of last year at least, I havent checked recently. I just stockpiled a bunch of it last year.

Salvia is already illegal in I believe 13 or 14 states as of now; expect a federal ban to be in effect by 2010, if it takes that long.
