I have 10 10mg methadone pills the 54 142 ones, I haven't done these in about 2 months. what would be a good dose? Ive pretty much forgotten how they feel.

Why did you get methadone, without having any opiate tolerance?

1-2 pills will be more then enough.

yea but monday I gotta travel like 27 hours so I needed something for the ride. Also I don't feel like im addicted or anything Im a casual opiate user but who knows I guess I could turn into an addict I like lsd the best tho. I took 3 domes like an hour ago swallowed 2 railed one. I feel really good.

Yeah do yourself a favor and don't get addicted to methadone. Its the worst opiate to get addicted to because #1 its really easy to overdose on cuz it depresses your heartrate and breathing so much, #2 withdrawals from methadone are absolute hell.

I used to be obsessed with the shit because its cheap and it gets you really high for a really long time. Now I loathe it.

So he obviously has a tolerance. One who does opiates, even once a year; has a tolerance, and it never EVER goes back down to zero.

So TrainWrecked only you really know your own body and what your limit(s)/tolerance is, but what did you used to take to feel good? I remember back in those days (Of course I had a tolerance from doing Hydrocodone, but had no idea about Methadone), did one wafer (40mg) and was high for a day and a half! Those were the days man!

So I would try 30-40mg and then 6-8 hours later (If not 24 hours), if that wasn't enough to get you feeling good, try 60mg. And repeat the process the next day or whenever (Or until you run out), but unless you're on maintenance or have a HUGE opiate/opioid tolerance, you should NEVER GO OVER an 80mg dose at once.
