 What happens when ur high?
I've smoked weed b4, and all that happens is I just laugh alot. I never feel diff, I just feel like I'm in a crazy mood, and I cant stop laughing. I never feel like I'm on drugs or high, I just laugh uncontrollably. What happens when ur high, what does it feel like? Does all the laughing mean I'm high?
