Fake Paypal account
I want to get into scamming, but so far I have NO fucking idea what to do (Except of course, the social engineering part). So as a start, can anyone tell me how to make a fake Paypal account?

You need a valid credit card and postal address to match it.
Would probably be more worth your while buying and selling popular consumer electrics, like PS3's, X-box's, etc.
