The Sopranos, season five.
Its on HBO on demand, and I watched all 6 episodes yesterday and today. And I must say its probably...the second best season of this amazing show (Season six is still my absolute favourite). Tony kills his own cousin, Tony and Carmela get back together, Adriana finally tells Christopher about ratting out to the FBI, Christopher fakes his own suicide to kill Adriana, Phil's nephew is killed, jeez.
And the music in this season is by far my favourite, like right before Tony is killed Van Morrison is playing. And the song that plays in the credits on the finale, Wrapped in my Memory-Shawn Smith, is perfectly placed.
God damn, The Sopranos is an overall wonderful show, anyone disagree?

It's definitely up there...I have trouble picking a favorite season, though I know my least favorite ones are 1 and 4.

Re: The Sopranos, season five.
Not sure in which season this occured but is my favorite scene. Christopher comes back to the apt he shares with Adrianna, does some smack and sits on her little fucking dog, killing it. Adrianna come home finds the situation, freaks out and Christopher says: "he must have crawled under there for warmth."
Priceless!

That was Season 4. Season 4 also had the intervention scene, which was probably one of the funniest parts of the entire series. When Tony finds out Chris killed the dog he gets really pissed. After Chris starts trash-talking the other guys and his mother, he ends up getting stomped at his own intervention.

Season 4 ruined it for me for a while as well.
And Christopher's death was COMPLETELY pointless and didn't need to happen, that pissed me off more than anything.

What was wrong with Season 4? I mean, it had some boring episodes, sure, but it also had some great episodes (the one where Ralph gets killed, Chrissie's intervention, Furio pondering killing Tony, Carmella's breakdown), and it was far from bad.

It was definitively far from bad, but it bored me to death.
No, I'm sorry, the season that ruined it for me was the one Tony was in a coma and having stupid dreams the intire time, was that 6?

Re: The Sopranos, season five.
yeah season 6 part 1 was the worst i thought, where tony gets shot by junior and hes in the hospital half the season. season 6 part 2 however was the best in my opinion. Overall...best fucking show of all time.
