Pain during sex.
Well me and my girlfriend used to have sex on a daily basis but about three weeks ago she got some shit with her throat and the doctor gave her some antibiotics.
She takes the pill and as you might or might not know antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill, so we stopped doing it for a while just to be on the safe side. When we tried to have sex again it hurt her so we had to stop. For the past two weeks she has been having this and we really would like to have sex again so my question for you was; What caused this and what can i do to atleast lessen the pain for her.

Aids/syphilus.
No on a serious note do you trust her? Always the chance that while she was on the meds and couldnt tend to you for a while she sought console elsewhere.
And caught a nice little gift during her time away.
Or.. Maybe she did something rough. I.e masturbating with pretty long nails. Ex of mine did that. Cut on the inside. I got the blame for the first few days.

Lawl, nah i trust her completely plus she's with me everyday. She was the one wanting to be on the safe side if she had wanted to have sex all she had to do was ask. Furthermore asuming by gift you mean an STD if she couldn't have sex with me because of the increased risk of getting pregnant she couldn't have had sex with anyone else either without the same risk plus if they'd have used a condom she wouldn't have an STD in the first place.
Also if she had masturbated or anything she would have told me.
It's almost as if the week of abstinence made her too tight if you know what i mean.

You got it... If you're girl's naturally tight, her body wants to go back to it's original state or as close as it possible can depending on how far it's stretched.

You reckon more foreplay would help?

Yes and no.... The only way is to stretch her out again. I'd start off with one finger, slowly and gently move up to your normal amount or maybe even a finger less, then slowly insert yourself (make sure you don't go as deep as you can in one big lunge), and make sure she is well lubricated. Those + time and you should be in the clear.

Re: Pain during sex.
About the whole birth control thing: Hormonal contraceptives aren't cancelled out by antibiotics. I talked to a friend of mine who is a pharmacist and here's the deal. Antibiotics sometimes kill the good bacteria used for digestion, which makes it easier to have problems like diarrhea. The reason why the pill wouldn't work would be if she had diarrhea as a result of the antibiotic, before the hormonal contraceptive had dissolved, i.e. before it had entered her blood stream. Most of the different kinds of pills take less than a half hour to dissolve and what she can do to make sure that she doesn't have to worry is take them apart. If she has to take antibiotucs once or twice a day (which is an average interval for a "throat thing") just make sure she takes doses as far apart as possible.
Second, when I have taken breaks from having sex for a week, I heal up pretty well... I'm tight to begin with, despite how much sex I've had, so I'd say that's all that happened. If the problem persists, I would try some extended forplay, because antibiotics can just mess up the equillibrium in naughty parts lol

Your ass was just denied, son, courtesy of BLTC. 'n I suspect your ass was also found to be lying, seeing as I cannot picture a competent pharmacist who, upon being asked of the p450 interaction of taking antibiotics, would not then ask "lol wut antibiotic?"
This is &totse. Drug misinformation ain't gonna fly.

Re: Pain during sex.
Often antibiotics can cause a yeast infection, which she may not even be aware she has, but it makes sex difficult because the vagina's really dry, so it could possibly be that? I guess it depends on what kind of pain she's experiencing.
