Hello all I have a pain problem (minor in retrospect) its a chronic condition that will last me the rest of my life. My doctor recently tried me out on Oxycontin(first 10mg then 20 finally 40mg) so currently he has me perscribed with 60 40mg oxy's a mounth. Now this is alot of pain medicine but being the greedy fucker I am I want to get it up'd to 90 a month. Currently I'm selling about 40 of them a month and would like to get more. So I was wondering if you guys have any advice on trying to obtain 90 per month I'm thinking after 3 weeks ill just call him and tell him they work great but I have to take them every 8 hours to stay ahead of the pain. Any other suggestions to what i could tell him would be great

What kind of pain problem, do you have MRIs, X-rays or some kind of other imaging/documentation that your problem is legitimate?

i have severe nerve dmg in my legs due to being missdiagnosed as a child I have a medical history that would put a 80 year old man to shame dialasys/4 major surgerys removing 3/4 my small intestine over a mounth in a comma etc I have tryed physical theropy but after doing it for 2 years I wasnt improving anymore so my doctor put me on 10mg vicoden those worked for a while I was still in pain but not as bad then he tryed me on 10mg oxy they didnt work as well as the vic so he uped me to 20 those cut the edge off the pain but i was still in pain so he put me on 40's those work like a charm(ofc they would!) but i have found the best pain releaver to be weed so i trade most of the oxy's for weed and only take them when i am in alot of pain i wanted to get uped from 60 to 90 because though i get 4 oz of weed for 40 of my pain pills i currently smoke 5-6oz a mounth and would love it if i could compleatly suply myself with all the pain releaf i need for only a 15$ co pay

Although I don't support what you're doing here, as you're the kind of fucker that make these painkillers difficult to obtain for the people who actually need them. The least I'm going to do is warn you.

If you're consistent about having your medication doses upped, you're going to have to be very careful. Too much of this and you'll get marked down for drug seeking behavior, and that kind of thing DOES stick to your record.

Also, with most controlled substances, doctors will sometimes randomly call you in during the month to check on how many pills you have left. If they see a significant amount missing, you can bet on the exact opposite of what you want happening. There's a good chance they'll put you on something shitty like vicodin or percocets, and you'll pretty much be responsible for getting yourself shitty painkillers for your actual problem.

You should be grateful you actually have some worthwhile opiates, because they don't hand them out like candy.

since your selling most of them anyway, does it really matter for you to get more? i understand why youd want more, but dont get greedy, or the whole thing could end. if your doc things your getting addicted, he'll likely start to taper you off, and probly switch meds.

if you tell him the OC isnt working, he might decide to move up to somthing stronger.

just slowly save enough so that when the doctor does come knocking you have plenty to show him, your not really using that many of them so like dont get weed for a month or buy weed with money so you have a secret stash of the oxy's that you can keep for the random pill counts,

Ok, if what you're saying above is legit then you needing more is legit for your pain. Yeah, you need to keep enough pills at all times to be able to show you have as many as you should, but you could tell him you are needing more for pain relief. Its better to not just start taking more on your own, but you should call him/his office and say you are having more pain, and that its been going on for several days..etc.

What kind of doc is this? Anaestesiologist?

Does he know you use weed for added pain relief? In most states admitting that you smoke for pain relief doesnt mean you get kicked out or presumed as an addict...

tell him the oxys are only so-so now and you heard that diacetylmorphine was rather effective for your condition

thanks for the replys guys as for my doctor he is just a regular doctor i have seen all my life and he is verry much a "pill popper" doctor hell my cousin see's him for back pain and he gives him 120 80's a mounth and he has never been called in for a pill count though i think i will save up a mounth's supply of pills thanks guys
