Do they do the NIDA-5? If not what? (I got charged with yayo, if that helps, no prior record)

Also will they check for Hydrocodone. (They don't have any reason to suspect me of using it).

It doesn't break into morphine.
Codeine does and well of course heroine.

I think it breaks into norhydrocodone or some shit like that.

hydrocodone wont show up on a nida-5 test .

The legal system can use whatever drug test they see fit.

We had a party, party got busted.
Cop walks into room with 3 people in it, including me. See the coke.
Then they walk us out, next thing I know they arrest me without saying anything.
I find out it was because I am one of four who are on the lease.
Yet, I wasn't doing any, none of it belonged to me, and it wasn't my room.

And I have 14 affidavits which testify that i wans't doing any
and most important that I didn't bring it, nor bought any
and they wrote the name of whom did.

And I have a tape recording of him from a phone call,
where without me instigating it was his,
he said "sorry man, im so sorry you got in trouble for my coke. I should have never brought it man".

So i know how possesion works, just because it wasnt mine, since i was in that room it's in my 'possession.
But I think i have a strong case behind me.
