your best bet would probably be to bake some sort of edibles out of the stems. You could smoke them... but itd suck and youd just get a big headache.
If you bake brownies or sometin then you will get just the thc and not any other unwanted shit.
edit: A lightbulb vape or any vape, would be better than smoking them. But i still think edibles would be #1
