Bit of a predicament!
Right,
Was at girlfriends house last saturday around 11.30am, she went out to the shop and left her phone in her room, which was under the pillow next to me, anyway it vibrates a few times so i grab it as it wakes me up, i look at said phone, and its a phonecall off some lad, lets call him "R", anyway i dont answer it, but it rings again and rings again, and i still dont answer it, then he sends a txt message to her phone so i read it, out of curiosity, and it says;
"Hiya gawjus having a good day in work?"
So me being me, thought ey what the fuck? shes not in work, shes with me, her fella, so i txt messaged him back off her phone saying;
"I'm not in work, i'm with my bf"
bf meaning boyfriend.
Then he sends a reply saying;
"Thought you had been single for 3 months? whats gunna happen to us meetin up for some fun now then? you said you was gagging for it :S"
So at that point, i think wtf even more, and txt him back saying;
"I've had a fella for 10 months or so, and i'm not gagging for it as i got it last night good and hard"
To which he replied;
"Ahh right just you said you was single and just wanted fun, neway if u still want fun u kno wer i am :S"
I didn't reply after that, but deleted all the txts involved, including in the 'sent box', so she had know way of knowing, anyway i leave it a day or so, and then confront her with it and she starts laughing and puts on her 'i'm lieing' smile, i said what the fuck where these txts all about? she said that R was lying and that i should just forget about it.
But, what i don't get is, R thought the person he was txting was her, so in effect, he wasn't telling me anything, he thought he was telling her what she had told him, ie her being single and that, but she just tells me to forget about it n that she doesn't know why R was sending txts saying what they said. Why the fuck would he txt her (thinking he was txting her) saying you having a good day in work? she must of said she was in work that day, when really she was with me.
Strange one, ey?
Come on jury, how do you find the defendant?
