I properly identified the pill as a 5mg of Oxymorphine, how strong are they compared to O.C. milligram wise?

Example: Is like 5mg of Oxymorphine comparable to about 10mg's of O.C.?

And another question is can it be mixed with O.C. in lower amounts, is there any adverse effects? I already checked Erowid.

I'd say probably more comparible to 80 milligrams of OC.

I dont know the answers, but I'm pretty sure its oxymorphone. Try your hardest to get the answers somewhere else via google search, because I dont think very many totseans have much knowledge in this area.

one mg oxymorphone = ~20 mgs oxycodone.

Try searching 'oxymorphone' on here, someone posted about shooting oxymorphone and the dose they used might be guide you somewhat.

Also IIRC oxymorphone, when compared to other opiates on a similar analgesic dose, is much more euphoric so please bear in mind any medical documentation will refer to the analgesic dose - therefore the euphoria may be much more than you'd expect.

The equivalence dose between oxycodone and oxymorphone depends on the route. Orally you only absorb 10% of the dose you take of oxymorphone whereas oxycodone has an oral bioavailability of 80-90%. If you IV the equivalent dose between the two drugs is way different.

Oral oxymorphone 10 mg = oral oxycodone 20 mg
IV Oxymorphone 1-1.5 mg = IV oxycodone 20 mg

The IV equivalence is what I feel are comparable rushes between the two drugs. I've never snorted the stuff (or taken it orally, that conversion is from the Opana;oxymorphone extended-release;website), I'm assuming thats what Metaflux might be looking for as a ROA?

it all depends on how you take it man, prepping it to snort would take just as much as prepping it to shoot, but if you had a few you could actually use the extended release to your advantage...

Its the blue one under the regular Opana, not the Opana ER. The 5mg one. I know what I take before popping it into my mouth. It was just a typo, for some reason I had Morphine stuck in my head.
