I'm thinking of starting up my own gambling ring. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I might do this?

Good luck... You gotta be pretty mathematical minded for starters then you have to seek out other trust worthy people with similar abilities. That's not even the half of it, you then have to gather up a decent amount of cash to start playing with...

Make sure you're actually capable of beating the shit out of people when they don't pay up or if you have enough hire guys that aren't pussies to do your work.

I was thinking more along the lines of becoming a bookie. I'll probably start with something small like a weekly pool for football games and once i get enough money, move up to bigger stuff like straight bets.

Start off small amongst your group of friends, you'll need people to chase those that don't want to pay up though.

You don't have the muscle to do this , just stop while your ahead.
