OpenSUSE 11.0?

I just installed OpenSUSE 11. Looks like the most user friendly linux distro I've seen so far. It already has all sorts of packages installed like Flash Player. Ubuntu you have to do all that manually. It looks like they're copying alot of the Windows layout though.

Are there any major downsides to this distro?

Yes, it is controlled by Novell and will betray your freedom. Unless by Flash you mean Gnash or SWFDec it has already.

MrSparkle, it is indeed a very polished distribution of Gnu/Linux, and probably the most professional I've seen. Don't worry, your information is not going to be relayed to government officials and sold to communist leaders in Pyongyang--the Adobe Flash plugin is safe. Not to mention it works a lot better than Gnash, SWFDec or any of the other open source alternatives.
One downside that I've experienced is the lack of a large, useful community like that of Ubuntu's, but once you are a little experienced with other distributions, problems can be solved more easily.
