i came across about 20 of theese they say alza 54 on them? i usually like to take adderal at workj for the speed buzz will this do the same?

How much Adderall do you take, and in what formulation? Concerta is just timed released Ritalin. It's possible, although aggravating from what I hear (I've never done it) to convert it into regular methylphenidate-- which in and of itself isn't really similar to Adderall aside from the fact that they're both stimulants. If you're used to heavy doses of amps, methylphenidate isn't going to cut it unless you're trying to do something like make it through a day after getting 3 hours of sleep or something. Otherwise fuck it and grab a coffee.

I would say take anywhere from 2-3 Concertas. Although fair warning, ritalin does not feel like adderall. As POC stated the only similarities really between them is that they are both stimulants.

Peal off the outer coating shit (will probably require a pair of pliers and some frustration)

Once its off you'll notice the insides have a pink, white and black part... through away the black shit, crush up the rest and parachute it.

as for the OP, concerta and adderall are completly different.
concerta is similar in the way as they will both help you concentrate, and study, things of that nature. but it wont help with any physical stimulation.

I am a huge fan of adderall. I get that great speedy high and it gives me a real positive attitude... however i have taken ritalin with adverse affects...i was a little speedy but not anything close to adderall, and i got real depressed, and the comedown is almost as bad as xtc...imo dont take em sell to stupid people you know
