Well you need to see if: 1) she's even telling the truth. 2) if she is telling the truth but not pregnant 3) if she's telling the truth and pregnant 4) if it's yours.
But yeah, it's fairly common for girls to miss periods. Does she do a lot of sports or physical activity? Is she under a lot of stress? Does she have a weird diet (not on a diet, I mean what she eats regularly)? Has she started a new medication or gotten off of an old medication?
Try google if you want more scenarios. It's really not that uncommon for a girl to miss. Oh, did you use a condom and/or is she on birth control? I should've asked that to begin with.
Like I already said, you need to find out if she's pregnant first. Then if she's not you can figure out why she might've missed her period. You're wasting your time if you don't get her tested first.
