for recreational purposes - 2mg+ will get you feeling good. i'd use them myself at a lower dose mostly for social situations / anxiety alleviation.

Xanax does not make you "trip" first off. Secondly, 2mgs is enough to make you feel that shit. take 4 mgs for your first time if you dont want to have any memory of what happened.
