Default Computer Wont Turn on HELP

Ok so i built a computer and everything works fine except the only way i can turn on the computer is buy turning off the power supply waiting a while then turning it back on and then starting the computer. Any one Know How to fix this?

Computer specks
EVGA 750i FTW motherboard
Evga 9600gt Vid card 1gb
Intel Core 2 duo Processor 3.0ghz E8400
4 GB ram
500Gb HDD

Sounds like a shit power supply. Brand and wattage?

Also check your case connections to the motherboard. Make sure you have the buttons wired right.

Powersupply is a OCZ 700watt and i just reqired the buttons they are wired tight

Still sounds like a power supply or motherboard fault. I'd try another power supply or try your current one in another machine.

Well i fixed the problem but i dont really know how i did it well i chcked all connections then i still h ad the same problem so i opnede the fron of my case to make sure there wasnt any problems with it then after opening the front i closed it and the problem went away

possibly a short on the power button switch? I don't know. There is a lot of things that can cause these tiny problems and you may never find out how you fixed it.

I'd guess the microswitch under the button was stuck down under the front panel personally...that's confused me a couple of times!
