I've decided I'm going to try Ketamine. I have a question or two...

What is Ketamine like compared to DXM? I've been on the third plateau many times and the fourth several, is it anything like that? I have a very strong mind and can handle ALOT of fuckedupness, so should I start with a small or high dose?

I'm getting 50$ worth, and the dude said that will get me three vials... How many mgs a vial, or does it vary? What do I do with the liquid to get the powder, or can I drink the liquid?

^^ thats what I was going to say. I also, hate DXM but love ketamine. But if you like DXM and can handle a third plateau trip than I'm sure you'll love K. If you get three unopened vials for $50, well first off your very lucky, cause I pay $45-55 a bottle and second you know it's not cut when you get liquid and not powder. If you do get the liquid just put a whole bottle on a plate(thats not flat but concave, for obvious reasons) and either leave it out overnight or put it in the oven on the lowest heat possible and watch to make sure you're not burning it.

dxm is nothing like ketamine..... ketamine is much shorter in duration with significant differences in the effects....

I would NEVER, personally, go for the "home bake" type ketamine. So, for me, 1g of veterinary ketamine would run about 100$ in NYC... and used to know where it used to go for 40$/1g at a store few hours out of the city.

Uhhh, that's not cutting, that's diluting, which is totally irrelevant to the quality. Mostly, people are gona use water, unless they're totally fucking retarded. In this case, you may just get less ketamine, but it'll still be the same stuff (ranging from cheapo imported stuff to western made-for-humans medical quality).

Ketamine's huge in the U.K. cos I think it's brought in in bulk in liquid. It's rarely cut, even as a crystal... one of those drugs if you know the right people it's possible to get regularly, and at good quality, all the time. It is however really rather addictive, psychologically anyway, and perhaps more than that. Ketamine isn't really very well understood, even though it's been used for about 30 years now.... it's only been used significantly for about 10-15 years (over here anyway). I quite like it, but it's basically a different drug depending on dose... to me, a k-hole is absolutely zero like doing a lil' tiny bump off a key end and getting a bit wonky, and then there's a huge "grey area" in between in terms of effects.

I've never tried DXM, but i'd imagine wonky kicks it's arse in so many ways, because it can be insanely fun and interesting. That said, it's very popular in the rave/squat scene over here now, and you can almost always tell who's on ketamine.... they don't dance, they mope around and sometimes atmosphere suffers when you've got wreckheads writhing around on the floor. The people who do K lots tend to do it every day, and in ridiculous amounts cos of the tollerance that builds up from it.... think 0.5g lines, and 3-4g ketamine habits a day as a regular thing!!

Give it a whirl, but when used often, it's really not very good for your body. Again, this isn't understood very well, so some jackass will disagree with me about this, cos it's not on Erowid. Regular use of ketamine can affect your kidneys/gall bladder/stomach/bladder, and of course, nose if snorting. The internal pains appear to be from little crystal "cysts" building up, and whilst this has been blamed on contaminants in the K, it seems highly likely it's just an effect of ketamine itself. One of the popular ways to "try" to counteract this is to spit out the drip, when you snort, instead of swallowing it. I find that helps with stomach aches, even if you're not doing much, n there's no benefit to oral ketamine use anyway, so it kinda makes sense.

If you have liquid, evaporate it with gentle heat, crush n cut it up really fine, and you're ready to roll. IMing it is srs bsns effects-wise, and you should be careful, and start low, I think.

ever since that time with lou reed, the rain and a bag of stale doritos. couple'd with a subconcious tunneled rollercoaster and a trip through the cigarette factory on a conveyer belt that went up hills and did loop-da-loops in the air.

Ketamine is cool, but so short lasting. And you need a fair whack to get super high, which is, of course, what you want.

It's got a couple of minor points in common with DXM, but if you go into it expecting a fourth-plateau trip then you'll be disappointed.
