what you do is you make it legal to smoke and have weed only indoors. this way it is out of the public view, and it is illegal to have weed or to smoke it outdoors.

most growing of marijuana is being done indoors now, or so like multiple people, several who grow plants, have told me. therefore, you could simply get enough MONEY to make yourself a green house in your backyard.

seeds are legal to have, so everyone can just start growing their own. why not, if you can get the right stuff to make it happen? this of course would effectively own the drug businesses hardcore, or somehow have to make themselves always indoors when they sell to someone who cannot afford a green house.

and either way, it's not like they can stop people from smoking and having weed outdoors anyways. thats evident in todays current law system. sure some people get caught, but i never will. :p

I think california and oregon are considering fully legalizing it, and if they do, even if it's just legalized at the state level, that will cause too many people to grow it and smoke it, because the DEA doesn't have enough resources to stop them all. If there is no limit on the amount of plants people can grow by state law, and enough people are using incinerators like the place in England, they can't be stopped. And eventually other states will follow. If it becomes fully legal in any state, by state law, then even more people will see that it's not a bad thing. So more people will grow it and smoke it....

Cannabis culture can only grow, advance and become more popular. It has to happen state by state though.

It's like when they first made weed illegal, they said you needed a tax stamp to have weed. But you needed the weed to get the stamp, so when good ol' American stoners showed up, weed in hand, shit faced grin to apply for their stamps, they got locked up.

3, as sad as it is, like the previous posters said, weed will not be legalized, decriminalized, etc. The second best business next to selling drugs, is the Drug War itself. No one will legalize something that they receive practically ENDLESS funding to combat.
