 kratom tolerance
i took around 16-19 grams of kratom last night and was wondering if i took around 20 grams tonight if the effects would be lessened.

Shouldnt be. Take the same amount and if you dont feel good after a while take a few more grams.

It takes a while to build a kratom tollerence you should be fine dude Ive prob done more kratom than anyone here so I know alot about it. 20g Will prob give you better if not the same high as last night.
