Short but sweet question.

I have a fair bit of experience with opiates and I know what I am asking may fluctuate greatly from person to person but for what it is worth I ask the following.

Will my tolerance have decreased so that I would need significantly less hydromorphone to get a good high if previously I would bang between 12 - 20 mgs? Would 8mgs have a similar effect now? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If you've been completely free of op's then you might even be able to use just 4-6 mg to get high. I'm quite sure if you've been sober of all opiates for 20+ days then 6 mg would def. get you off.

Just what I was looking for. I was 100 % free of all drugs. I was on a program called outward bound, amazing experience.

Go with just like 4 mg at first I would say...then do 2 mg more if you dont get enough of a nod. Because also 2 shots of hydromorph are gonna give you 2 doses of strong rush euphoria. You could even do 2+2+2 mg. IMO if you do 4 mg it should satisfy you and then you can save your shit for a dose later.

And what was so amazing about this outward bound thing (serious question, what made it such a good rehab program, cuz they all seem the same to me...)

LOL it was not a re hab stint. I was never actually physically dependent on the hydromorphone. I know I did do very large doses but still. It was a 21 day trip that was 2 weeks sea kayaking and a week of intense hiking in new Brunswick (we would do 10 hrs a day or so). It was a challenging yet highly worthwhile trip.

Back on topic, even if it took normally 12 - 24 (generally more like 16 though) mgs to get a good rush how much could I do now to achieve a similar effects would two dilly 8's be more than enough, I have done NO DRUGS for a tad over 3 weeks.

Hmm. Well I never felt sick or anything. I was wondering though. After ceasing use I would sometimes scream at the top of my lungs during my sleep. I would than wake up and it tended to freak people out. Is this a side effect of ceasing use ? I used about 1 - 3 times a week for about a month. Prior to this I used once a week or so.
