Rape Island
This is all purely theoretical the kind of people that run this world would never go for anything like this so its impossible but its fun to think about. Heres what I'd do if I was running the world.
I'd have my big mad land mass lets say the size of the U.S. and I'd divide it into provinces and each province would have completely different laws to suit different kinds of people. There'd even be a province with no laws but we'd probably wanna keep that separate so that could be say Alaska.
Then there'd be provinces where certain drugs are legal so there'd be crackland and herointown and places like that.
Just to show theres no hypocricy in my country and people are free to do whatever the hell they want there'd also be provinces where murder and rape are legal but they'd definitely have to be separate from the mainland so I'd turn islands like Hawaii into murder island and rape island. Of course not many people would wanna live on these islands but its the principle that counts. Everyones free to do whatever the fuck they want if they don't like the laws all they have to do is move to another area.
This idea has its flaws of course but I think if lots of different countries erased their borders and joined forces they could pull it off and then we'd truly live in a free world none of this false freedom that the U.S. government talks about.

If people (you, or anyone) are still deciding what's legal and not legal, then your big free world isn't really free. Not that anarchy is feasible anyways. If you put a group of people somewhere, some type of social structure and order is going to form pretty quickly.

Ron Paul is a political lifestyle. Just because he has ended his campaign doesn't mean he's out of the race. There are state's still appointing delegates with committed Ron Paul supporters forcing votes to unbind delegates. The Republican party is coming around and learning to work with Paul supporters and that process will transorm the party back towards federalism and fiscal conservatism.

Truth. Things get stagnant when people follow the rules for too long. When the board gets upset it's a feeding frenzy that rekindles the competitiveness in the environment. It's just as important to be able to adapt as it is to be able to excel in an established environment.
How do you ensure the pot keeps getting stirred? The cycle takes too long naturally. It's boring.

You have an organization that's main objective is to keep others from doing it, but they can't take over as they would be destroyed by others who won't allow it. Technically it doesn't violate the rules as it's not forcing people to accept government and the general populace doesn't have to know..

Well this is the big issue with rape island. Who in the name of god is gonna wanna go there. Sick fucks who don't mind raping men. All the rapists go there and maybe convicted sex offenders can get sent there against their will then its an every man for himself rape fest. I don't think there would be any women there though. What woman in the right mind would go there. Although not many people would wanna live on Rape Island its the principle that counts. Theres a place you can go where rape is perfectly legal. Haha I know there probably are places like that in the world right now.
Murder Island works much better. People can go there for bloodsports at the risk of being murdered themselves. All the psychos convicted of murdering people can be dumped on murder island and hunters can go there to hunt humans. Murder island would probably be overrun by gangs with guns in a matter of weeks but again its the principle that counts. A place where murder is legal so people are free to murder people. Actually to spice things up a big the laws on Murder Island allow murder but outlaw guns and military could do routine inspections and confiscate all firearms from the island. Maybe hunters with permits could go in with guns to hunt the locals and the locals would have to use their wits to kill the hunters.
Drug provinces obviously works 50 times better than Rape Island and Murder Island. One province people are allowed to smoke crack in the middle of the street, another place people are allowed to get stoned off their tits on PCP or whatever and certain places alcohol is illegal. That way people who don't like living with the risk of drunk drivers and violent alcoholics can live in a place where alcohol is illegal. |

Sure the idea sounds good, but look at it a little more in depth and it fails. In any society there is an economy, which means businesses. I'm sure many businesses would operate in more than one of these provinces, therefore situations would arise where people have to move to a different island in order to keep their job. So johnny wants to live on crack island but has to move to rape island and gets butt raped by a 6 foot black guy.

It's not going to happen. Why? Because there is no practical reason for it to happen.
Unless Rape/Murder/Suicide Island gets turned into an entertainment/extreme sports thing.
The beauty of the Murder Island is that it'll be empty. Or so everyone would think. So a man would move there, to make it his personal island, since he knows nobody else is going to go there. Each man thinks the same thing to himself. Hundreds of them. Thousands. Tens of thousands.
Equipped with guns and ammo, they turn up on this island. Only to find that the way back has been cut off. And that there a cameras everywhere. And it's all part of a live show. And now they have to fight for survival.
Let the bloodbath begin.

I like it. I came up with a simular idea a couple years back. I mentioned it to someone, they said it would never work but couldn`t come up with why.
I hadn`t thought of rape island, i was focasing more on having drastically differant types of government in differant provinces, maybe have some places with laws styled toward certain religions and of course a place with no laws.
I think the place with no laws (yeah probably an island) would be fun to a lot of people, especially sense it would be a tax haven.
Businesses would have to have security guards though, to kick people out even if what their doing isn`t illegal. I dont think rape island hospitals would be very efficient or effective if the nurses were constantly being raped.
Also, to you guys who are saying places like rape island and murder island wouldn`t work at all because while a few people would go for the thrills, no one would work there, you clearly have to much faith in or are underestimating humanity.
