I remember making a fucking Valerian Root tea once out of the gel tabs with the liquid in it..that shit reminds me of Kava..cept V-Root smells horrible.

Kava supplements? Or real kava kava root? I heard that the pills that contain 70-100 percent kavalactones dont do shit because they do not metabolize in your body the right way.
Personally I have never felt SHIT off of kava, and Ive taken both root and pills of the strongest kind. Maybe I ddiknt do it right but I still think that it is a total waste of time.
