I'm going to be rolling this weekend but I kind of have an opiate problem, as in I do opiates everyday. Is it alright to mix these two together? Will it diminish the effects of the MDMA in any way? If I just skip a day will the mild withdrawal symptoms (I always get a runny nose and ridiculously sore muscles and joints the first day I skip) fuck with the roll, or will the ecstasy overpower that to the point where I don't really notice it or care?

Well, I've never had these specific pills before so I don't know exactly how strong they are. I mostly just want to know if the opiates are going to make a big difference or a relatively small one. I'd rather roll with sore muscles than have a shitty roll, but if it's not going to take that much away from the experience then I won't put myself through that. Has anyone here actually tried the combo themselves?

Tried OC/Vics after coming down off MDMA, but never dosed together.

yeah, i'd save it for the comedown. there's a good chance you'll maybe get methbombs or ampy pills, so you'll need something to help you sleep!

Any sort of downer is going to dimish the effect of e, and since you seem to be quite addicted to opes you probaly take a rather large dose so you wont be feeling the e as much as you should. what about alcohol and mdma? i read somewhere that it could possibly increase the effects and duration of the mdma, in terms of euphoria and well-being.

I don't think you'll feel the aches while on E. They used E in the 70s to help people with chronic pain and terminal illnesses to ease their physical and emotional pain. But if you do plan to use opiates with the E, save them for afterwards. I made the mistake of doing opiates before rolling, and I ended up throwing up until the peak. Then of course I felt better, but I was kinda scared for a little bit there. Be careful. Maybe instead of opiates, benzos wouldn't be a bad idea coming down. Although they aren't painkillers, you'll be surprised with the lack of aches you feel due to the sedation/relaxation. Good way to get off of opiates too, if you ever considered it. Well anyway, be careful, stay hydrated, and get plenty of sensual massages. I'm sure they will help the aches (of you have any at all) =]

I'd honestly expect (actual) MDMA to anesthetize some forms of body discomfort from opiate withdrawl... RLS and muscle aches, for instance.

Whether partially or wholly depends on where your withdrawls are on the "shitty" spectrum relative to opiate withdrawl. 'n speaking of shitty, I wouldn't expect it to counteract the gastrointestinal effects of withdrawl.

As for mixing the two... dunno all the details. MDMA *should* decrease opiate tolerance faintly (oxytocin inhibits endorphin breakdown) - but by the time you get withdrawls from not taking opiates, chances are that any difference wouldn't be noticeable to you anyway. 's not like any of your opioid activity is natural transmission anymore...
