Is it safe to pop expired Vicodin? I had a surgery 3 summers ago and last night I looked into the medicine cabinet and I still had the bottle

yeah, it is. i mean, if it did lose potency, it would be an insignificant amount lost, provided you kept the bottle in somewhere like your medicine cabinet.

Yeah, I got some vicodin from years ago and it still worked great. If it was in the bottle sealed tight it should be ok.
