Its really hard to tell, it can look almost black and still have a few more hits.
Also even after it seems completely gone, you can smoke it and it'll probably work, you just need to smoke more of it.

Lightbulb vapes work great, just have to know how to use them!

Sorry this answer isn't definitive but you really can't tell, by rule of thumb close to black is enough for that weed, through it in a baggie to smoke later if you want.
